Hi-tech teams set off with an iPad in hand and navigate their way through cities, jungles, islands and caves in a Quest to find the answers and complete the tasks provided through the specialized team building app.
Choose to include market barter and the food challenge to enhance the program of activity ensuring an enriching team building adventure!
- To improve communication within the team

- To consider leadership skills
- To focus on team synergy and individual roles
- To get to know each other and have a fun and enjoyable time
- To manage time and complete team challenges together
The group will be divided into teams of up to ten participants. Each team will be provided with an iPad with route instructions for their first destination. Upon reaching the first destination, a task with challenge information will appear, so along the way they will compete in a series of task based challenges.
Tasks reflect the local culture and environment of the destination and may include location questions, puzzles, photo or video tasks, word-matching, qr-code tasks, and many more.
They may be designed along a fixed route or floating challenges where teams may choose to decide when or even where to complete them. Some may only appear when previous ones have been completed others are always visible on the app’s map.
Some tasks last for only a few minutes, others may be complex puzzles or that keep teams challenged for up to half an hour! In any case, they are always exciting and offer great new experiences.

As they explore, the teams will get the chance to visit some of the most important and interesting sites around the location. Places vary per destination but usually include famous sites like temples, waterfalls, local cultural sites of interest and various adventure activity locations whilst interacting with the locals at the market stalls, and by the beach during their daily lives.
Along the route teams earn point for successfully completing the tasks through the app on the iPad and the winning team is the team with the mot points at the finish.
Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
Briefing for the iQuest takes between 15 – 20 minutes and is normally done in the hotel conference room by use of a screen and projector. We will explain the rules, the routes and the app’s functions, introduce the facilitators and finally hand out the teams iPads.
In the debriefing we’ll review all the locations, tasks and the answers to the questions and review the scoring of each team along with any photo and video material made by each team. The debrief ends with an awarding ceremony for the the winning team.
Starting with a four hour half day option, the iQuest can be extended to a full day, 8 hour program of discovery and intrigue and have lunch at a fantastic setting reflecting the destination.
