Fun games conducted at the hotel or at a venue convenient to the client. Games can be based on learning objectives such as communication, cooperation, creativity and leadership or around company values or a meeting theme.
- To improve communication, delegation and work flow within the team
- To improve trust, planning and leadership skills
- To get to know one another in a fun and relaxed setting
- To work on cooperation and understanding yourself, your colleagues and your team
- To consider ways in which these skills can be translated into a work environment
Informal teams will experience physically simple but mentally stimulating activities in a competitive or cooperative format. Participants will learn about each other, take turns leading their teams and strengthen their mental, strategic and leadership skills in these lively, fun and hugely enjoyable team exercises. These activities build the fundamentals of a successful team: trust, mutual respect and awareness. Games can be tailor-made to focus on specific learning objectives, company goals or a meeting theme. We work strongly on developing leadership personalities and interpersonal skills such as co-operation, communication, planning, leadership, strategy skills, win-win negotiation and positive thinking.
Indoor With Fun games are conducted in a team versus team format in which team rotate through the various games which are usually competitive sometime cooperative, some physical others more mentally challenging but each activity requires full participation of everyone in the team. The event starts with a couple of ice-breakers.
Besides focusing games on learning objectives, the program itself can also be focused on a specific learning model such as ‘The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team’, ‘DiSC’, ‘Situational Leadership’ or ‘Six Thinking Hats’.
Below are two example challenge instructions as provided to the teams during the activity:
Minefield
“The goal of this game is to cross the minefield with the whole team first. Participants go from one side of the minefield to the other without talking and being blasted away by the mines. The minefield consists of a grid of 6 by 9 squares. One by one the team must cross safely, learning the correct route as they go.”
Inventory Transfer
“The aim of this game is to move a pyramid of different sized foam blocks from one place to another. The challenge is to move the blocks one by one between only three places without ever placing a block on a smaller sized block.”

Insurance and instructor supervision are important safety factors with any event, and in the event of an emergency, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
The event briefing takes place at the activity location or the client’s hotel meeting room or lobby. In the briefing the group is separated into teams and introduced to the facilitators, then the lead facilitator gives an introduction of the event including instructions and objectives for the activity.
In the de-brief the lead facilitator goes through the event challenges and asks each team questions to assess their own performance before announcing and awarding the winning team if applicable.
Briefing and de-brief usually take around 15 minutes each but can be extended upon request for more in-depth analysis of team performance.
