Let's get silly! Teams compete with each other in a series of short and active games in multiple rounds that last for one minute only. Each game is a bit ridiculous by design, use simple everyday materials and can be played by anyone regardless of skill. The team at the end with the most winning rounds takes home the prize!
Teams compete in a series of challenging and fun team building games based on the Minute To Win It TV show. The games are highly competitive and silly using only simple materials that can be found in anyone’s home, or directly using features of the online conferencing software. In many of the games, teams will nominate a person to compete with nominees from other teams, while some of the games will require total team participation to win the challenge. Teams aim to collect as many points as possible. The length and selection of games for Minute-to-Win-it is flexible, so it is a good choice for a warmup activity or get-to-know-you session.

This event is staged online using either Zoom or MS Teams
- Minute To Win It length can be customized between 1 to 4 hours
- Zoom or Teams links will be sent prior to the event day
After each game scoring is given to each team and the sub-total is announced until the last game. Final scoring is done during the event debrief and the team with the most points is the winner.
- Briefing takes place in the main room and includes a short tutorial for how to use Zoom or Teams
- Debrief takes place in the main conference room where the winning team will be announced and takes about 15 minutes
- Debrief usually take around 15 minutes each but can be extended upon request for more in-depth analysis of team performanc
The type of games are selected depending on whether participants can only use daily household materials everyone always has in their home or are able to purchase additional materials prior to the event.
Minute to win it games are conducted in a team versus team format in which participants of each team go through the various games which are usually competitive sometimes cooperative, some physical others more mentally challenging but each activity requires full participation of everyone in the team.

09.15 am – Event brief by lead facilitator
09.20 am – Optional distribution of teams into breakout rooms
09.20 am – Teams play series of games
10.50 am – Reconvene in the main room if using breakout rooms
10.50 am – Event de-brief, awarding ceremony
11.00 am – End of the program
