Walk rally games are a combination of physical but mentally stimulating activities played on the beach, in the garden or in the conference room in a competitive or cooperative format. Participants will learn about each other, take turns leading their teams and strengthen their mental, strategic and leadership skills in these lively, fun and hugely enjoyable team exercises.
Walk rally games are conducted in a team versus team format in which teams race from station to station, to reach a game, complete it and move on to the next. Some games are physical, others more mentally challenging but each requires full participation of everyone in the team.
This team building activity normally takes place in the resort, on the beach or at a local park. As long as there is plenty of space, the Walk Ralley can take place in almost any location and can also be adapted for an indoor program. For larger groups we recommend a sports stadium or an indoor complex with spectator stands adding to the atmosphere of competitive team building event!
The winning team is decided after all games and rounds have completed by adding the points scored by teams during the games, or will be the first team to compete the final challenge depending on the event format you select.
Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
The event briefing and debrief takes place at the activity location. The group is separated into teams and introduced to their facilitators, then the lead facilitator gives an introduction of the event including (safety) instructions and objectives for the activity.
During the debrief, the facilitator discusses the event challenges and asks each team questions to assess their performance before announcing the winning team (if applicable).
Briefing and debrief usually take around 15 minutes each but can be extended for more in-depth analysis of team performance.
The half day program takes up to 4 hours and includes up to 10 games. The full day program is up to 8 hours and includes up to 18 games.
