Get your game on! Participants team up with children from a local school or orphanage at a sports club and play a series of competitive sports games such as football, volleyball or Olympic games aiming to win the golden trophy. Famous sports idols may also come and share their experience and award the winning team.

Participants are split into teams and partnered up with some of the children. Together they compete against the other teams in a series of games that are variations of classic sports games – football, basketball, tennis, etc. The team at the end with the most winning points overall will receive the Olympic medal. At the end of the event, the equipment used during the activity, as well as selected other donations are provided to the beneficiary. Local sports stars may also be invited to attend the event.
Teams are challenged to compete against each other in various types of games. The games in this activity are mostly team sports and typical Olympic or school sports day games such as football, basketball and tennis.
CSR Sports Day can be held on site at the beneficiary location, outdoors at the client’s hotel, at a park or a municipal sports venue or stadium.
After each game scoring is given to each team and the sub-total is announced until the last game. Final scoring is done during the event debrief and the team with the most points is the winner and receives a trophy and medals.
Insurance and instructor supervision are important safety factors with any event, and in the event of an emergency, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
The event briefing takes place at the activity location or the client’s hotel meeting room or lobby. In the briefing the group is separated into teams and introduced to the facilitators, then the lead facilitator gives an introduction of the event including instructions and objectives for the activity.
In the de-brief the lead facilitator goes through the event challenges and asks each team questions to assess their own performance before announcing and awarding the winning team if applicable.
There’s also time for providing further donations to the beneficiary and a group photo with the people of the beneficiary.
Briefing and de-brief usually take around 15 minutes each but can be extended upon request for more in-depth analysis of team performance.
The half day program takes up to 4 hours and the full day program up to 8 hours.
