Based on “Running Man,” a very popular South Korean game show. Participants are put into teams and are faced with silly games and challenges as they make their way through a set course of locations. Teams must try to win as many of the games as they can to get the most points and avoid punishments for losing each challenge.
Each game that is selected for Running Man will be short, fun and somewhat ridiculous in nature, similar to the famous South Korean game show it’s based on. The games will be set up at various locations either around the city or around the client’s hotel or conference room. Participants will complete each game in competition with the other teams with the aim of scoring as many points as possible.
The location for the event is either held indoor in the client’s hotel meeting room or own office or outdoors nearby the client’s hotel or office. For the outdoor version the locations and routing for the event is pre-selected.
Teams have the chance to win points as they complete each game along the route. In Running Man, teams that have lost in each game will have to complete a mild form of punishment as well (something a bit silly). Final scoring is done during the event debrief and the team with the most points is the winner.
Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
The event briefing and debrief takes place at the activity location. The group is separated into teams and introduced to their facilitators, then the lead facilitator gives an introduction of the event including (safety) instructions and objectives for the activity.
During the debrief, the facilitator discusses the event challenges and asks each team questions to assess their performance before announcing the winning team (if applicable).
Briefing and debrief usually take around 15 minutes each but can be extended for more in-depth analysis of team performance.
The half day program is up to 4 hours and includes 5-6 games, the full day is up to 8 hours and includes up to 10 games.
Transportation will vary depending on your package.
Choose from comfortable air conditioned minivans, local Songthew trucks and off-road 4 by 4 vehicles for your event.
As an added challenge, base the event on using public transport such as long-tail boats, local Taxis, and converted pickup trucks which will further test team’s ability to plan, cooperate, communicate and bargain with a budget provided for each team.
